I bought it thinking it would fit in my apt. Still playable, comes with the net, support things, ball and 2 racquets (if I find the other 2 Ill include them). Enjoy playing with friends or training solo by folding up one half of the table in the playback position. old ping pong table, conditions I would say are 7/10.
